He has made mistakes, but also has done some brilliant things. &amp;nbsp;The Arnott line was incredible, but the team relied on them too much so he broke them up and the team wins another cup. &amp;nbsp;The devils with Lou define what Team is all about. Other franchises should look at what he has done. &amp;nbsp;Two people who were vital to the organization are Rich Conte, director of scouting and the late John Cunniff.
